meanwhile back at the gym...

It has been so much fun hosting the Welsh National Gymnastics Team at GTC while they are competing stateside. What a great group of girls and coaches! We are going to miss seeing them every day.

There is Beach hanging with one of their coaches getting a few compliments on her new tumbling pass from him; a round off backhand spring, 1 & 1/2 layout, punch front. I love that our girls work up new skills even during competition season.

There is a long pause at the front of this clip as she gets ready to go. It was the first time she attempted it with the punch front. the look on her face at the end is worth waiting for!
